Bree Hartman is a former fitness gym owner turned full-time Commercial Real Estate Investor for Infinite Returns Investments and Storage House Group LLC.
Starting with what she dubbed an "accidental rental," Bree saw a golden opportunity not just to grow her portfolio, but to reshape her life. No worries! All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up when you’re able to.
Will I have access to Bree outside of our calls?

You will be encouraged to ask questions before, during, and after the sessions. Plus network with other investors! I will be very active inside this group throughout the 10 weeks so you can ask questions, share your wins, and just chat about self-storage with everyone in the course!
How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
There will be a 1.5-hour call each week. In addition to that, you should plan to spend at least two to three hours outside of class on the homework. This class is designed to ramp up the time it takes for you to find, fund, and buy your first self-storage facility.
